Magnificent design duplex in the heart of Seville, modern and cozy, with two private terraces perfect for enjoying an unforgettable stay.

On the main floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar. Additionally, there are two spacious double bedrooms with single beds and built-in wardrobes, and a separate bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bed (160 x 200), a seating area with a sofa, desk, and TV. This bedroom has access to a private 40 m² terrace, furnished with sofas and a dining table, ideal for relaxing with views of the Giralda. From there, you can access another 30 m² solarium terrace with hammocks, a side table, and a shower for enjoying sunny days. The 360º panoramic view is breathtaking.

The apartment is located on the iconic Calle Francos, just steps from the Cathedral and the Giralda, and through which many of the Holy Week brotherhoods pass. It’s in a safe area surrounded by prestigious shops, bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Sevillian cuisine.
