Our spacious guest suite is part of a deatched single family home and it has a separate entrance and private view/use of a lush garden and patio. Located in a quiet and residential San Francisco neighborhood, this space is the ideal mix of convenience and location. Street Parking is very easy with no time limits, and the driveway is also available. Super low crime area with no issues in our 5+ years in the location. Perfect place as your getaway base for solo adventurers, couples, and business travelers.
There is coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, WIFI, TV with streaming channels and a peloton for your use and enjoyment. Washer and Dryer available upon request. This is a Hosted stay, The reservation is for a completely separate and private section of the house all rooms and bathroom and entrance to the suite are private.

The place was good. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The post said two beds, and I was told after booking that the futon wasn’t functional. The place was overall spacious and felt comfortable. We arrived later than planned and were tired, but I still had to wear AirPods to drown out the footsteps and talking from upstairs. It’s like they were in the room but they were upstairs. Communication with the host was great.

Stay was great! Bed was comfortable, plenty of storage, host was very responsive. There were other comments about the sounds from the hosts going about there day being an issue, we did not find it to be bothersome by any means.
