The upstairs flat has its own private deck and also a shared deck on main level of garden. Beautiful flowers and trees in landscaped garden. The flat is located on a pretty and quiet tree-lined street in the sunniest district of SF - Noe Valley. Noe has become one of the very most desirable neighborhoods to live in SF. It feels like a european village...The home is very close (2 blocks) to many great restaurants, services, shops and lots of fun! Also walking distance to all the fun and activity in the Mission and Castro districts. Great highway access too. Monthly Rentals only please - prefer at least 2 to 3 months minimum. No pets please.

Kathleen’s property is elegant and comfortable and conveniently located to a wonderful shopping neighborhood on 24th Street. The property owner is kind and gracious and responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property in lovely Noe Valley.
