Private Studio in an Edwardian Town Home

Private, we had everything we needed and more, comfortable. Communication was very good.

There was nothing that we didn’t care for.

This studio is perfect for a stay in SFO. It is clean, comfortable and safe

I have visited San Francisco about 3-4 times now and I always want to stay close to the Mission/Castro area. So far, this has been my favorite of all the spots I have stayed in because of the value/quality you get for the price. Even though it is in Dolores Heights, which is a 30 minute walk to the Castro, it is close to public transit and it is less than a 10 minute drive / on a ride share. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but still close to many restaurants for brunch and dinners and close to many convenience stores for those last-minute products. You get a private gated entrance to a studio apartment on the ground floor. The studio has many ammenities including an iron + board, bathrobe, bidet, fridge, microwave, stove + cooking ware, speakers, TV with all the major apps (ie. Netflix/Youtube), heater + air conditioner, plenty of towels, basic toiletries, blow dryer, comfortable queen size? bed, etc - perfect for a short trip. The host was very quick to respond and resolve any question/issues. The host was even kind enough to extend my checkout time, which was much needed since my flight was later in the night. The only problem I can think of was that you can hear a lot of noise from people living upstairs (ie. footsteps, kids running around, dog barking). This was not a huge issue for me because it was during the day and the studio is in the basement so it seems inevitable. There was no noise at night / early morning, so it did not affect my sleep.

Perfectly lean, beautifully appointed, all sorts of unexpected details from cool gadgets to a well stocked toiletries areas, super soft towels.

No complaints. I want to stay there again!
