About this apartment rental
This cute two bedroom 1 bathroom private apartment is located in the hip and sunny Mission district. The apartment is fully furnished with tasteful furniture including 2 queen sized beds laminate floors in bedrooms, flat screen Smart TV for streaming, sofa, etc. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and includes all kitchen utensils. There is also a beautiful shared backyard patio and garden area which includes a BBQ grill.
The Mission district is a diverse and vibrant neighborhood with lots a great cafes, bars, and restaurants. Nearby hotspots include: Foreign Cinema, Delfina, Bi-Rite creamery and sunny Dolores Park.
We have another 1 bedroom 1 bath in the same building if you are a larger party or if you might need less space! (SEE VRBO #320291)
PARKING Please note: This is your own private garage spot that leads directly into the apartment. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: The garage is very small and you must drive in carefully as it is a tight fit. It will accommodate a small to mid size car and depending on the size of your car you may have to exit on passenger side. When I lived at this property I parked my Audi A 6 in the garage but had to put down the side mirror and exit on the passenger side. I know this is not ideal but like many garages in San Francisco it was built with very little space. It's nice to have but just wanted to be upfront about the garage size. Also the garage is controlled by keypad.

An easy rental. Everything was clean and well stocked. Having the garage was helpful for storing suitcases. Communication with Brian was easy. We’d stay here again!

This clean two bedroom apt met our needs perfectly - two comfortable queen beds and a blow-up queen mattress in the closet along with extra sheets and pillows, an adequate kitchen with large table, bath with shower, comfortable sectional in the living room (couch better for sleeping than blow-up mattress), outdoor patio with barbecue that we didn't use as it was raining. Photos give a good view of its casual (not fancy) nature. Brian and Leah were very responsive especially as the lock on the front door is a bit tricky at first.

Excellent location. Brian was extremely helpful with providing information on the apartment and things to see, eat and do in the area and San Francisco at large. Had a wonderful stay, NO ISSUES at all. If i am ever back this way again, I will have my fingers crossed this is apartment is available.

The apartment was well set up - fully equipped, clean and well maintained. Easy access to the BART and other transit. It was a very comfortable place and the bonus was the washer/dryer - since we needed clean clothing during this leg of our holiday. Would highly recommend.
