Safer location. You can take a bus line 1 to Embarcadero and go anywhere of east bay by Bart. Clean room. There’re no A/C in the room but cooler if you open the window. They have a kitchen at B1 floor, the facilities are nice.

NO ELEVATOR despite they have 4 floors, this makes hard for elder people to stay at higher floors. The room is small as explained in photos, but it is hard to find larger room in this location. It maybe a bit noisy if anyone will chat at balcony at night.

The location was excellent, less than half an hour's walk to Fisherman's Wharf and the ferry terminal and easy access to public transport. Also when the blinds for the window broke on the evening I arrived, they were replaced the very next morning.

Only real negative for me (and it's a small thing) was the cushions for the sofa were old and the leather coating on them was coming off and causing a mess.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est super, pas loin de pas mal d'arrêt de bus, avec des supermarchés tout près également et des restaurants. L'hôtel est très calme aussi, nous n'avons eu aucun soucis au niveau du bruit.

Même si c'était déjà annoncé, la chambre que nous avions était vraiment petite, le lit était moyennement confortable pour y dormir à 2: dès qu'il y avait un de nous qui bougeait, cela réveillait l'autre. Au vue de la taille de la chambre, il serait pas mal d'avoir une pièce où pouvoir aller pour travailler ou se détendre, autre que le petit patio dehors. Aussi, la cuisine équippée manque grandement de couverts. Des tasses en plus (pas en plastique) serait pas mal non plus.

It's cheap (by SF standards). Good location: there's a public bike rack in front of the property, Trader Joe's and a Walgreens one block away. Staff is responsive via booking.com. Easy to get in and out. There's a reception where you can get things delivered. The shared kitchen is very spacious and includes all appliances and silverware.

The room is tiny. If you brought big suitcases, they'll occupy a fair bit of the space. Bed is actually a sofa bed. Mattress is soft, pillows too. If you like a studier mattress/pillows, this won't be for you. Room is very simple with a tiny desk that competes with the door to the fridge/microwave. You can't open the door to the fridge if you're using the desk. Weird placement. The blinds are white, so they don't block a lot of light. Bring your eye covers. The corner where the property is located is a meeting point for people with drug addiction. They'll hangout there, make a mess of the place, but they're harmless. This is not a one-off, many places around the city are like this, sadly.
