Location. And get to meet other people in the kitchen.
Things are a bit old. Some stuffs are not working well. Dishwasher. Shampoo dispenser. Kettle. Lights etc. the cleaner didn’t clean the public area regularly. Short on supplies such as paper towel. Public area was not maintained well.

Safer location. You can take a bus line 1 to Embarcadero and go anywhere of east bay by Bart. Clean room. There’re no A/C in the room but cooler if you open the window. They have a kitchen at B1 floor, the facilities are nice.
NO ELEVATOR despite they have 4 floors, this makes hard for elder people to stay at higher floors. The room is small as explained in photos, but it is hard to find larger room in this location. It maybe a bit noisy if anyone will chat at balcony at night.
