Great experience here as always. Location is superb if you'd rather save a bit by staying outside downtown. Place is clean and has everything you can usually expect. Host is great. Quiet place which is nice.
The only thing I can nitpick on is that the TV still has some ugly burnt-in hotspots. I don't care much about it, but you might.

The location is a short walk from the train station. The large guest room is on the ground floor, and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. This was a nice place to stay.
For energy efficiency code compliance, the bathroom has a light switch with a motion sensor and possibly humidity sensor. Conserving resources (electricity, water, etc.) is worthwhile, but the bathroom light can be a hazard. The reason is because while someone is taking a shower, the light will suddenly turn OFF and in the dark, there is risk of slipping and falling. With the glass shower door closed and shower running, the motion sensor times out after 5-10 min and automatically turns the light off. Opening the shower door will activate the sensor and turn the light ON again. If the code requires a timed motion sensor, the sensor should be moved to the ceiling or 2 sensors are necessary (put on wall and ceiling). The exhaust fan vents most of the humidity out the bathroom, but a small dehumidifier would help dry the shower and towels. The main room has a window that can be opened, and that is great when it is not too cold outside.

Easy to find on Google. Parking outside the property for our car. Washing machine and dryer available. Fridge and microwave in the room. Aircon in the room.
The apartment is just one large room, with a small shower/toilet and storage space off to one side. The kitchen in the pictures is actually upstairs in a separate part of the main building.
We found the property to be a bit dirty, especially in the shower/toilet room - hairs on the walls, hairs in the shower. The property could do with a proper one-off deep clean really.
WiFi was pretty useless in the room - I had to take a work call, and it only functioned reliably when sat in the garage area beside the washing machine.
The shower head holder was loose/broken, so the shower head kept falling onto us in the shower. Just needs replacement.
The shower/toilet room has an IR sensor for when you walk in, but also a timer. If you are in the shower for more than about 5 minutes, the light switches off and you can only make it go back on by getting out of the shower, which isn't ideal if you have shampoo in your eyes at the time ha ha! There is a second light to be fair, but we didn't find that until later.
