A comfortable double bed, a modern, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle), and a modern bathroom with a shower ensure an all-around enjoyable vacation experience. You can spend relaxing hours on your private balcony or in the shared garden with a seating area and fire pit.

The combined living and sleeping area features an open layout and is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker—ideal for a relaxing stay.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. From your private balcony, you can enjoy the view of the shared garden area. On the first floor, there is a common room with a foosball table, air hockey, and a flat-screen TV.
The apartment also includes a lockable bike shed, a parking space, and free Wi-Fi. Laundry kits, a crib, or a high chair can be added for a fee if needed—please specify this directly when booking.
