Duplex Apartment 13 spans two floors and, with its well-thought-out layout and modern amenities, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay. On the lower level, you’ll find an open living area with a sleeper sofa and access to the furnished balcony—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle, leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper level, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) as well as the bathroom with a window and shower. A hallway conveniently connects the different areas. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a lockable shed and a parking space right next to the house. The common room on the first floor is also available for use.
One small pet is welcome (except cats and dogs on the restricted breeds list). Linen sets, a travel crib, and a high chair can be added to your reservation—please specify these directly when booking.
The security deposit is due with the final payment and will be refunded upon proper return of the property.
The 61-square-meter duplex apartment “Schoner 13” spans the upper and attic floors of the house and is ideal for up to 3 people and one toddler up to 3 years old. The lower level features a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a bright bathroom with a window and a shower.
A staircase in the hallway leads to the upper living area, which includes a cozy sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. From the living area, you have access to the balcony overlooking the Bodden—perfect for quiet moments in the fresh air.
On the first floor, there is also a common room with a flat-screen TV, foosball, and air hockey.
