The cozy "Schoner 14" duplex apartment offers plenty of space across two floors for a relaxing stay. The open-concept living area invites you to relax and is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (2×90×200 cm) and one with two single beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.
Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment also includes a lockable bike shed, a parking space, and access to the communal lounge on the first floor.
Pets are welcome. Laundry kits, a travel crib, a high chair, and other additional services can be booked for a fee (please specify when booking).
Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the property.

The lower level features a modern bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. An internal staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find a second bedroom with two single beds, as well as a cozy living and dining area with access to the furnished balcony.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic stovetop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle—ideal for self-catering.
The apartment includes a lockable bike shed, a parking space, and access to the common room with air hockey, foosball, and a TV. Wi-Fi is included.
Linen packages, a travel crib, and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee. One well-behaved pet is welcome (except cats and dogs on the restricted list; please notify us in advance).
