In this 75-square-meter Finnish-style vacation home with spacious outdoor grounds, up to 6 people (including a toddler) can enjoy their time together. It is located in the town of Kröslin/Freest, just outside the gates of the island of Usedom and near the Baltic Sea. In this special location, guests can't only unwind, but it also serves as an ideal starting point for excursions between Usedom and Greifswald.
The architecture of this wooden house exudes warmth and coziness. An open living area on the first floor is perfect for spending time together. It’s a wonderful place to eat and cook together.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. After an eventful day, the in-house sauna offers the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax. On the sunny terrace, comfortable furniture invites you to enjoy the day with a cup of coffee or a good book. The sun lounger is the ideal spot to unwind.
For social evenings, there’s a barbecue area where you can grill together as the evening sun sets. If you’re in the mood for some activity, you can have fun at the ping-pong table available in the garden. There’s also a place to store bicycles, a swing, a sandbox, and a parking spot.
As a small welcome gift, you’ll receive a bowl of fruit, some small treats, a bottle of water, and fresh flowers. The initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price.
One dog with a shoulder height of up to 40 cm is allowed for a fee.
On the fenced-in property, there are two Finnish-style vacation cottages, one of which is available for rent and the other is used privately by the owner. Your host will be happy to assist you with suggestions for excursions and any special requests.
Finnish-style cabin:
This comfortable Finnish-style cabin is approximately 75 square meters in size and spans two floors. On the first floor, you enter the combined living and dining area with an open kitchen via the cozy terrace. The living room features a comfortable seating area, a TV, a digital radio, and a dining area that seats 6 people. The open kitchenette features an oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. The bathroom is also located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and an in-house sauna. The cost of using the sauna is already included in the price.
You can reach the upper floor via a narrow staircase. There are two bedrooms there: a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a smaller bedroom with two single beds. From the large bedroom, you can access the upstairs balcony, where you can enjoy the view of meadows and fields. Both the first floor and the upper floor have pleated blinds and curtains on the windows.
In front of the house is a comfortably furnished terrace with several seating areas and a sun lounger. Dogs with a shoulder height of up to 40 cm are allowed in the vacation home for a fee. The initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as Wi-Fi, is already included in the price.
