With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious home sleeps 12 people comfortably. The second floor features a loft with a TV ready to play your favorite show and entertain the whole family! This home is AAAAMAZING! Grab the family and some popcorn and enjoy a movie on one of the many TVs around the home.

The open concept floor allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one of the flat screens or enjoying family time!
The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need with stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops.
After a long day in the parks or other Central Florida attractions, you'll love your very own pool, complete with chaise loungers and two dining tables; a perfect spot to enjoy sunny days in Orlando. Fully equipped laundry, with washer and dryer and Wi-Fi are also included.
Optional pool heat is available at $250 + tax (4 day minimum). We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor Island Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you'll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near and Universal Studios only a short drive away.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -
1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.
Should you wish to order pool heating, please contact us for pricing.
2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.
