• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Fresh towels and linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring your own washcloths.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The heater works via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.
6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

- Please keep fire hydrants clear at all times. Parking on grass is not permitted.
- No parking is allowed on blue curb areas.
- One-side street parking: vehicles may park on the designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.
- Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).

Loved staying here with my family.! There was something for everyone. The pool, the “game room”, the secondary living room were some of our favorite parts about staying here. The host were great at dealing with any and everything that came up and responding to us in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.!

Pool Heat - I had arranged, and paid, for pool heat long before our scheduled stay. Upon arrival it was evident the pool heat was not on. After contacting your service team, a staff member came and said they could not fix the temperature as the screen was broken and would need to be replaced by a third party. I am not sure if this ever happened but a few days later the pool was excessively hot, like a hot tub. As this was unusable to the small children travelling with us we immediately called and asked if the heat could be adjusted to a normal temperature. It was only on the last day of our trip that the temperature of the pool was even close to tolerable.WiFi & TV - The home was advertised with Wi-Fi and tv's capable of streaming shows. After several calls, many visits to the house and replacement of equipment, we still could not watch tv or use wifi on our phones or tables for the duration of our stay. Several members of our group were trying to work and with no wifi that was impossible.
