1. Master Suite: King Size Bed
2ND FLOOR:

3. Bedroom Suite: Queen Size Bed
4. Harry Potter Suite: Full + Twin Size Bed (Bunk Bed)
5. Princess Room Suite: 2 Twin Size Beds
Pet Policy:
Please inform us if you are bringing a pet: how many, weight, breed? Maximum 2 small pets, 35 lbs each.
-Pet Fee: $125 + tax (per pet)
-Pet Damage Protection Fee: $250 (refundable)
Pool Heater: $30 US dollars + tax per day.
Request 3 days prior to check-in. Heater must be on for minimum of 5 days. Temperature set between 82°-88° F.
To ensure the best experience, pool heating must be requested at least 2 days prior to your arrival. Pool heating services won’t be available for last-minute bookings or requests made less than 2 days prior to check-in.
BBQ Grill Rental: $50 + tax.
Guests must exchange propane. Fee covers cleaning and wear.
Long Stay Cleaning: Reservations over 21 days require extra cleaning services.
Laundry Service: Professional laundry service for linens and towels available. Guests can use in-house washer/dryer.

Arrival instructions sent 3 days before check-in. Use provided code for entry.
SECURITY: Home is equipped with security cameras outside.
PARKING:
- 2 parking spaces in front of house.
- No grass parking.
- No trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed.
PACKAGES: You may send packages during your stay; we are not responsible for lost packages.
HOUSEKEEPING: No daily service included. Mid-Stay Cleaning can be requested.
FOOD: No open food left in the home as per Florida law.

The home was extremely clean. The pool was the biggest hit for the kids. Very impressed on the themed bedrooms. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this probably is on the top of the list.

Great house and amazing amenities. My daughters absolutely loved their rooms. It was really nice, the rooms were all great sizes, lots of room for everyone. Big kitchen and nice two living rooms. Loved this house! Great having everyone with their own bathrooms. Game room was amazing!!
