** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.

Check in process went smoothly, all instructions were clear detailed and accurate. The house was great, nicely decorated which was exciting for children. We were a family of 13 and fit in the house very comfortably. Anytime I had questions they were answered in a timely manner. Overall great host would definitely revisit.
Amenities as well were very clean organized and accommodating. The house is about 5 min walk to the waterpark which was also convenient.
Close to Walmart, and about 25 min drive to Disney 45 to universal.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our kids especially loved the themed bedrooms. The location was an easy drive to the Disney theme park's. We loved having the option of a pool at the house, but also utilizing the main pool area at the complex. The family spent many hours there and the food and drinks were quite tasty. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well.. We did have a few maintenance issues, but the property manager was easy to communicate with regarding repairs.

The house was just as pictured on the site. Really nice. Only had a few problems. Need a new couch. Back door handle was broke. They did send someone right over to fix. A house that sleep 10 are people and didn’t have enough towels for everyone. Had to go purchase towels. The cleaning services need to do a better job on cleaning. Took 20 to 30 mins to get the the parks each day. The pool was great no need to purchase the heat because it was warm by itself.
The lady was really nice. We had an emergency and in one call she fixed the problem.
