** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.

Home was lovely, showing a bit of wear and tear but it was clean and resort was nice and well maintained. We did not cook at the house although there appeared to be a good supply of pots/pans and utensils. Linens were in short supply. Only two towels per bedroom with one hand towel. No wash cloths or tub mats. The pool appeared to be nice, however, we never did get a chance to swim due to heater issues that once bought to the team was addressed. Our children did enjoy the themed bedrooms, these were very nicely done. Returning to the resort on multiple occasions had long lines on both sides of the road taking more than 10 minutes to attain re-entry at the security gate.This is a home we would definitely re-visit if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager alway replied with answers. Just able to relax and enjoy family was great at this house. Very entertaining for all group ages.

Everything in the house was as advertised. Our family included 11 people and there was plenty of space and enough bathrooms for everyone. The location is within walking distance to the clubhouse (which has an amazing pool and facilities for the kids and adults). The whole complex feels very safe due to it being gated and every car being checked on the way in.
We did Universal and Disney on this trip and it was about 30 min to drive to each. This resort is clean and close to everything. There are plenty of options for food and groceries. The hosts were attentive to all of our questions throughout our stay.

Everything to do is on property really don’t have to leave. Can see fireworks from fire pit at night. Close to Walmart for shopping and food places around area within 5 minutes. Everything is within 10-20 minutes to get to in area Disney, Sea World, and Universal. Would definitely recommend for friends with big family.
