Location was perfect for visiting relatives and close to the High St.
Rooms were comfortable.
Couldn't get the heating to come on, luckily it was not too cold and we were out most of the time.
The absolute faff and nightmare of pre registering and paying a damage payment the day before definitely soured our experience. Uploading personal info wouldn't work, ending up having to call admin, who were helpful but the whole experience just stressed me totally out and made me late leaving home to pick up family on route, so for that reason I wouldn't stay here again as going away shouldn't hv last minute charges and lengthy personal detail questions n photos to upload before going away!
