Modern 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul de sac

A good sized modern semi detached house in a pleasant avenue at the end of a cul de sac. It had 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom which included 3 toilets, a bath with shower and a walk in shower. Parking directly outside was great. WiFi was excellent. Kitchen had a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There was a large tv mounted on the wall. There was a small garden with patio table and 3 chairs. The bed linen and towels were all very clean and of a good quality. The house seemed to be clean on first appearances, however it had not been cleaned properly, the windows were filthy as was the cooker. The hoovering had not been done correctly and behind units and beds there was crumbs, bits of food and rubbish. In the main bathroom a previous customer had left a disposable razor and dental interspacers which had been left and not removed by the cleaners. The garden needs some attention and the house could have done with shelves and towel hooks and rails. We arrived to a non working tv, broken fence panels and a broken curtain rail in the lounge. We complained about these items as well as the lack of hoovering and filthy windows. Scott (from Blue Skies) and his maintenance team came out and were excellent and they repaired everything. Scott brought a hover and offered to hoover bad areas as well, but we declined as we had already found a hoover and done it ourselves. What a shame that the cleaning company employed by Blue Skies DO NOT do the cleaning thoroughly. Blue Skies tried very hard to please. Thank You Blue Skies but please check up on your cleaning company.

Perfect short getaway

Easy to follow instructions and the place was clean. Lovely back yard with birds chirping in the morning.

Wish there was basket for toiletries in the en-suite shower. And also the timer for heater came on and it was really warm in the mornings

Ticked a box so we could see family.

Great location, nice size house with everything you need.

Not clean enough. Found rubbish in a drawer, dirty mugs in dishwasher and the bathroom shower screen and tiles hadn’t been cleaned. Windows and patio doors have not been cleaned for a long time.

Great location but house needs a deep clean.

Location was excellent. Bedding was clean.

House was dirty on arrival. We had to hoover as carpets were not clean, crisps ion bedroom floor. Table mats were dirty. Windows, mirrors and doors needed a good clean. Crockery was unclean. Bathroom not clean.
