Space. Location. Location. Location. Outlook
Sound transmitted from above via stairwell because too openplan, easily solved by enclosing bathroom. Outside space entirely covered by upstairs unit's verandah so very dark plus outside stairs to shared pool reduced our ability to enjoy the lovely weather. A small enclosure for the lawn would have made relaxing with our two dogs more relaxing!

The most spectacular setting which was almost worth all the problems . The pool was magnificent to sit and view the mountains and vineyards , just too beautiful . Lovely gas stove and big fridge
Broken patio chairs and table , poorest curtains , cheapest towels and bed duvet , extremely limited kitchen utensils , noisy toilet , musty smell in the flat , outside braai grid was the wrong size and dirty . No bathroom amenities ie shower gel or other .
