emplacement parfait, appartement charmant avec sa petite tourelle et une belle vue sur les toits rochelais.
peut être légèrement bruyant (mais nous avons été un peu gênés, même si c'est au 3ème étage)...Il manquait quelques petits accessoires pour le confort (sopalin, éponge neuve et huile notamment) mais globalement c'était duand même très bien.

The apartment was lovely and the location was spot on..
The 3 narrow flights of stairs - need to be more specific about how difficult it is with large luggage and mobility issues.
We had big problems with the key to the apartment.....extremely difficult to unlock the door.
Towel rail not working.
No light bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom. (Reported this and was promised a visit at a specific time to sort, but no-one showed up, and no explanation.
Need an information sheet as guests are international and it can't be presumed that they know how things work.
A few coffee pods would have been helpful.
