Très bon emplacement en pleins coeur de la ville pas loin du port de la Rochelle , l'appartement est propre est bien agencé et fonctionnelles.
Le seul petit bémol le couchage pour la 3eme personnes canapé dépliant peu confortable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement du logement, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. Malgré cette situation très centrale, l'appartement est particulièrement calme, puisqu'il donne sur une cour, ce qui est très appréciable aussi bien en journée que la nuit.
Nous sommes venus à trois, mais ce logement est en réalité adapté à deux personnes seulement. Le canapé convertible n'est pas un véritable couchage : une fois déplié, le matelas est très fin et l'on a quasiment l'impression de dormir à même le sol. Le canapé était d’ailleurs assez sale (cheveux, poussière) lorsque nous avons voulu le déplier ce qui n’est pas très agréable… Ce logement est donc confortable pour deux personnes, mais pas pour trois.

The location was perfect, and the apartment was nice, modern and well equipped. The bedroom was lovely.
We found the key safe okay but didn't know how it worked, so it was a bit stressful BUT we had a phone number to call for help. The stairs were a bit long and steep BUT kept us fit!! My 22 year old grandson was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed, but he was much too big for it, so myself and daughter had to sleep there instead of the lovely comfortable bed in the bedroom. Shame BUT my grandson is exceptional big and tall. The beams are very low in the room BUT look nice

The apartment was very clean and in a good location in the city center.
Plenty of living room space for the two of us.
Poor communication on check-in, we were given the wrong code for the door and communication was quite unclear.
The WiFi didn't work for our whole stay which we were not warned about in advance.
The washing machine also didn't seem to work, the spin seems broken as the clothes were dripping wet after washing.
It is also very hot as there is no Aircon/fan or curtains except in the bedroom and the apartment is on the third floor which gets very warm in the summer.
