The hotel is decently sufficient to stay. Very clean and safe. With a very good price.
The neighborhood is a bit off with lack of street lights. Its also a bit distant from the main subway station. But im totally safe while staying for 5 nights here and walking to the subway is just fine.

The people were nice and always smile when I return at night.
The hotel located in a very bad place. Each day I arrived from Manhattan and was afraid for almost 15 min walking to the hotel from the subway. The hotel was simple. The door to my room was trouble with opening. There was only one lamp working from the two. The air condition was working and after a half an hour a loud noise was coming from it so I must turn it off. The room facilities were like an hotel from the 80'. After my first day experience I asked if it will be possible to cancel my 8 days in the hotel and get my money back with a penalty of early exit but unfortunately I got the answer that it is not an option. So I only came to the hotel to sleep and left in the morning and come back at night afraid from the area.
