otel itself: Clean but simple and basic. Just the bed, small fridge and desk, TV, with a bedside table and some hangers. There was no wardrobe or kettle in the room.
Location: From a transport link perspective, very convenient as less than a 7-8 minute walk from the metro station which can get you into Manhattan in less than 15-20 minutes, and also near the airport. The hotel location itself, however, was in an area where there were lots of construction works going on, lots of big lorries and vans on the street and it did feel unsafe at times at night.
Cleanliness: The hotel and room was clean. Sheets changed everyday, new towels provided. Very helpful.
Staff: Ashraf in particular was very helpful, offered to make tea/ coffee complimentary should I wished to have had it. They did their best and were helpful when I asked for more shampoo etc.
Overall, as I was only staying for 2 nights and just required a place to stay and sleep, this hotel did just that, for a decent price so it was good value for money.

I stayed in this hotel and everything was fine till my $600 gucci hat in the room went missing, then someone went in my room because someone placed my prayer beads outside the door on the door handle and when i went to staff to complain and to ask if they can show me the video the owner said yes but ive been waiting a month and no one has contacted me. Dont leave anything expensive in the room because they will steal it and they wil go in your room when you are not there. Other then that the stay was ok.
