The apartment is a comfortable one-bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to a large park that is perfect for walking, jogging, or exercising. There is also a playground nearby, making it a great choice for families with children. A supermarket is within walking distance, making it very convenient to buy groceries and daily essentials. One of the biggest advantages is that the apartment provides free on-site parking.

The apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed is quite small, so it may not be ideal for a family of four. There were also quite a few ants on the kitchen floor during our stay. In addition, the entrance to the building and the apartment door looked rather old and worn. However, the interior of the apartment was much more modern and well-maintained than the exterior.
