About this apartment rental
This private entry central Edinburgh apartment is ideally located to enjoy the sights and experiences Edinburgh has to offer.
The apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from the old town and ideal if you want to explore the city or relax in the sunshine all day in the Meadows park.
We host our homes through Roxy Street, where we focus on thoughtful stays and sharing local knowledge to help guests experience Edinburgh like a local.
The apartment is in a fabulous central location, a stones throw from the historic old town and lovely Grassmarket. You are in a very central Edinburgh location with all of Edinburgh's best restaurants, cafes and bars right on your doorstep. This apartment comes ready to cater for families, couples and individuals alike. Just a short walk to Holyrood park or the Royal Mile will have you in the thick of Edinburgh. Another short walk through the meadows is the bustling area of Brunstfield with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
During the festival and Hogmanay, you are right at the heart of all the action. All of Edinburgh's best festival spots are within meters of your doorstep with the world famous Pleasance and Bristo Square a short walk away.
The apartment has 3 beds, 1 double and 2 single beds. Each room has storage for clothing or bags. The apartment would be an ideal base for a city break, family fun, romantic getaway as well as the business traveller.
The lounge is extremely bright and airy with a double sofa, coffee table and dining table. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview TV. The Apartment also includes free wi-fi for personal use.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash handbasin and a heated towel rail. Linen and towels are provided with complimentary shampoo and shower gel.
The kitchen is equipped with all you would need if you choose to eat in, with basic foodstuffs like salt and pepper and cooking oil supplied. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk is provided to help you settle in.
There are lots of small supermarkets just around the corner which stock a good variety of food and groceries. Meters from the apartment there are lots of friendly breakfast cafes that also serves delicious lunches and teas. We will recommend our personal favourites in your Welcome Pack on arrival.
Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier having a bus stop 50m from the front door, easily accessible should you be coming from the airport and train stations.
There is parking in metered pay bays close to the apartment and they are free from 18.30 each night until 08.30 in the morning and from 18.30 until 12.30 on a Sunday. During the day you can pay to park in these bays.

My mom and 2 sisters stayed here for the last couple days of our trip to Scotland. Everything was close and walkable. After a week in hotel rooms, it was great to have space and a kitchen.
