Beautiful decor

Too hot in the bedrooms but cool downstairs in the living room. Something you'd need a little longer to get right, I guess.

Beds very comfortable, property clean and very well equipped. Nice and private garden not overlooked. Lovely kitchen.

The house is very well decorated by the owners; it is also exceptionally clean on the inside. There is plenty of parking on the shared drive. There were all of the essentials in the kitchen, including for our dog. A selection of board games was available too. Overall, the property had very a welcoming feel. The back garden is secure if you are travelling with a dog.

On our first afternoon, we were approached by a very angry female neighbor that lives up the street, not from the property next door. She shouted a lot of unprovoked abuse at us, saying that we should not be driving up the road where the property is as it is for the residents only. It was unpleasant. The beds at the property have extremely hard mattresses, these were very uncomfortable. The double bed is tiny and is not really suitable for two average size adults. This was disappointing as our sleep was quite poor. The iron at the property has a European plug and there was no transformer provided. We texted the number in the welcome book to see if this can be solved but received no response at all. The back garden of the property is rather unkempt, especially around the conservatory area.
