This ground floor, detached cottage is set within enclosed gardens in Falmouth and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.
Joylands is a delightful, detached cottage situated near the seaside resort of Falmouth in Cornwall. Set solely on the ground floor, the cottage can sleep four people in a double room, two single rooms, and a family bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area with doors leading outside. Outside, the garden is enclosed with furniture on a decked area, and there is off road parking for two cars. Joylands is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring Cornwall, all year round.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed terraced garden with pond and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: There is a drop and an unfenced pond in the garden, children to be supervised.

The house was spotlessly clean & catered for every eventuality. Altho in suburbia, you could not see or hear a neighbour & the house had a lovely sunny outlook over the valley. It is well located to access the roads taking one to St Ives, Polperro, Looe, St Mawes etx & is just a very short drive to Falmouth. We ate out most days and didn't use the dishwasher, or washing machine, but the kitchen had everything one could possibly need & all the appliances looked new.
We only used the main bedroom, so cannot vouch for the other 2 bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable & there was plenty of cupboard space.
Overall a very comfortabke stay that suited our needs perfectly & full marks for cleanliness.
