This contemporary ground-floor apartment sits directly on the waterfront of the Penryn River, with ever-changing views across the water. Well-suited to couples or small families looking for a relaxed coastal break, the property combines a peaceful riverside setting with easy access to Falmouth's harbour and town centre. Gyllyngvase Beach (2 miles) is known for its gently curving shoreline and calm waters, and is popular for stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, with equipment available for hire. Pendennis Castle (3 miles) stands on the headland with lush gardens and views across the coastline. The National Maritime Museum (2.5 miles) traces the region's seafaring heritage, while Swanpool Beach (2 miles) and Maenporth Beach (4 miles) offer quieter stretches of sand further along the coast. A ferry from Falmouth Harbour crosses the water to the Roseland Peninsula, where unspoiled coves and turquoise sea can be explored on foot along the coastal path.
