Great location in the high street. Lovely apartment / great views. Well equipped.
Nightclub opening until 3am right opposite kept us awake on one of our nights - very loud (luckily, it was only open Weds, Fri, Sat. Parking was closed for the time we were there due to Falmouth carnival - we parked across the other side of town - not a problem for us, but some guests may have found that frustrating

Great location, secure, nice comfy apartment 👌 clean and, spacious rooms thank you
Unfortunately the selling view of the harbour was obscured by scaffolding around the building, The coolng fans were not up to the job, so bedrooms were so uncomfortable at night. Car parking wasn't available as the annual food festival was on in the car park all weekend until Tuesday night, so had a 10 minute walk with luggage in 32 degrees not fun...could have done with pre warning.

There was a big event there and there was not any availability for parking during that time and the host didn’t tell us , so we went to another parking where was around 12 min walking with our luggage which was so difficult
