The lounge room with the view of the harbour was outstanding. The location was great for being part of the town bustle, but was quite noisy at night.
The space is a little tight for five people, particularly the second bedroom which is pretty cramped for two adults.

Sweet little flat in the centre of Falmouth. Cosy with everything you’d need for a stay and a lovely view. You feel you are definitely in Falmouth!
On a Saturday night, which can be quite lively in Falmouth, you can hear all the street noise from the bedrooms and the parking space didn’t work for our VWID7. It is quite tight and with cars parked opposite, it was impossible to approach without risking a scrape on the post, so we had to park a bit further away.

Lovely views. Excellent location. Helpful staff. Well equipped. Some interesting artwork on walls.
Only drawback was some high st noise at night but this wouldn't put us off rebooking

Awesome views, warm and cosy. Loved having a vintage record player to relax with a glass overlooking the harbour. Within spitting distance of the lovely local restaurants and pubs. A pleasure rain or shine.
Main bed was a bit uncomfortable, but thats a personal thing.
