Lovely, spacious & clean, perfect for a relaxing break to visit our falmouth family, had everything we needed pretty much including washing machine & dishwasher - 2 good showers & comfy beds (although the first bedroom is a futon i think as quite low to the ground - super soft & comfy still

There are few signs of wear & tear & most of the chairs had wobbly legs (we wish we had brought a set of Allen keys!) & the towel rails hanging off a bit. There was also only 'just enough' cups/bowls/forks etc so we had to be efficient with our washing up - & no cheese grater!

Great location for beach and lots of other attractions. Owner left great recommendations for places to visit. House felt welcoming and decor was stunning.

The property had everything we needed

Initial entrance was overgrown bushes and as soon as we went in it was clear property smelt of wet dog. The dining table had crumbs , one of the toilets had skid marks, two toilets had urine and pubic hair on the seats and the bathroom shelf in loft room had toothpaste on it. The property was generally dusty. The bedding in the loft room had blood on it and I contacted the owner and asked for clean bedding but she refused saying it was major up . I am not an idiot and could see it was blood. We also found a dirty sock under one of the beds and the back of the toilet door looked like it had splashes of dried urine on it. We contacted the owner with texts and she was not interested and so I spent the first evening buying my own bedding and cleaning materials . When I raised my complaint with the owner again she accused me of not following check out procedures but We put rubbish out, the dishwasher on and all keys where they were supposed to be and locked up and left on time. She then claimed she was not the owner! Maybe she was the cleaner and expected us to clean the property again for her! It was a very upsetting g experience as we were staying to attend a funeral and did not expect to have to spend time cleaning and buying our own bedding
