Primrose Cottage is over two levels, and is in the heart of Penryn, quietly tucked away off the high street, yet only a two minute stroll from the pubs and shops. It sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms with family bathroom. There is a living room and a kitchen-dining room and an enclosed courtyard garden. A characterful and stylish cottage, close to Penryn harbour (water taxi) and within easy reach of Falmouth’s town and beaches.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
