Localização. Perto de 2 linhas do metrô e no entorno todas as facilidades (supermercados, padaria, bares, restaurantes, lojas, etc.)
Na porta do prédio localiza-se as lixeiras do quarteirão, e toda madrugada há muito barulho dos caminhões de recolhe.

The location was great!
The AC leaked and could not be used. We were offered the opportunity for a technician to fix it, but only when we were out, and we did not feel comfortable to leave our possessions unattended for this to occur.
We were also charged a Saturday call out fee for check-in, which we did not know about until we arrived.
The location was truly fantastic and we had a great time in Barcelona.
