Live like a local in a bright, peaceful 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests in Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most charming neighborhoods, next to Plaça de la Virreina and a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia.
The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building without an elevator; since there is a mezzanine level, it is the equivalent of two flights of stairs. It features air conditioning in the living room, free Wi-Fi, and a TV.
BEDROOMS
Double bedroom with a comfortable 150 x 190 cm bed, a closet, and a ceiling fan
Twin bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), a closet, and a ceiling fan
BATHROOM: full bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN: separate, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
LIVING AND DINING AREA: comfortable sofa, TV, and dining area.
We provide bed linens, towels, and hand soap.
Gràcia was an independent town until the late 19th century and still retains its own identity, traditions, and local way of life. Plaça de la Virreina, right next to the building, is filled with cafés and outdoor seating areas, and Carrer Verdi, a 5-minute walk away, is lined with restaurants, tapas bars, local boutiques, and the Verdi Cinema, known for showing independent and international films in their original languages.
Every August, the Gràcia Festival fills the neighborhood with themed street decorations created by residents, live music, and performances. All year round, it offers cozy cafés, local markets, and independent shops, with a more relaxed atmosphere than the main tourist areas.
Nearest metro stations: Lesseps (L3) and Joanic (L4), with quick access to Plaça de Catalunya and the old town in under 10 minutes.
A baby cot and a high chair or booster seat can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.

This apartment is located in a residential building. Families with children of any age are welcome; groups must consist of adults aged 21 or older.
According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration.
A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.
The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, discoloration) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 each; smoking inside the apartment, €150 for extra cleaning and deodorization; an additional hour of special cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).
For Airbnb reservations, any of these charges, as well as damage and penalties, will be claimed through Airbnb’s AirCover.
Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 17 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).
Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Very important: only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Overnight stays by anyone else constitute a very serious violation and may result in significant penalties. Daytime visitors require prior authorization from Opening Doors and must leave by 10:00 PM.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.
Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.

Checkin process was easy and communication with the property management was good as well
The place was charming but not as modern as I would have liked. The kitchen could use some updates. And there is no elevators so good thing I travel light. Close to multiple lines which was convenient. Had a couple issues that were taken care of immediately which was great. The noise ordinance has me anxious to not talk or sneeze or make any sort of noise. The neighbors certainly didn’t abide by these rules every night. The walls are paper thin!
My biggest recommendation I’d make is to provide guests more than one trash bin to separate out the recycling so they don’t have to find enough bags to separate themselves. I had to buy bags because there weren’t enough. Stayed at a place in Italy where they had this set up for us on the balcony which was convenient. The alarm system was great too but again always nervous I wasn’t going to get the key out of the door fast enough to un arm the alarm with the fob.
This place is cute but next time I will probably stay a little closer to the city center.
