Apart céntrico con terraza en Gracia

Great location. There is AC in both bedroom and living room, which was great during the heatwave. Beds were quite comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. It was quiet and comfortable in the apartment considering a restaurant on ground floor of the building. The wifi was fast and reliable.

We updated our booking few days in advance to include additional people, but the apartment was not ready for more people. The cleaning lady arrived with bed linen after the checkin and she prepared the sofa bed. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. It did not even have paper towels. The dishwasher did not work. There was no shower gel available. Key handover was in person, which has obvious downsides from picking up the key from a lockbox or using a key. Person with the key arrived late. We got only one set of keys.

Posizione, camera da letto, wifi e bagno.

Scale strettissime ho avuto difficoltà a portare su e giù il passeggino. Pulizia sufficiente. Divano letto praticamente inutilizzabile: materasso molto fino, doghe ormai cedute e cuscini troppo troppo sottili. Al nostro arrivo era presente un rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato sul porta rotoli e solo uno di scorta dentro al cassetto, non era presente sapone per le mani e nemmeno quello per la doccia. L'ho fatto presente scrivendo un messaggio e non ho ricevuto riscontro. La TV non era sincronizzata coi canali, l'ho fatto e prendeva solo 4 canali in spagnolo.

Appartamento con una camera con letto matrimoniale e un soggiorno con divano a letto matrimoniale. Un bagno con doccia grande ma senza bidet. Complessivamente buono.

Great location. Sweet wine bar beneath the apartment.

The furniture was falling apart and the apartment felt neglected. Simple things like a hook to hang towels, a functional ironing board, more complete set of dishes, dish soap and a kitchen sponge, or trash bags were missing. The hanging kitchen light is flickering, surfaces were dusty, and the apartment had an overall feel of disrepair. The owner or manager responded to these concerns with “we’ll contact the cleaning people” with no attempt to remedy the situation for our stay.
