About this apartment rental
New apartment exquisitely designed and fully equipped in Gracia, the most charming neighborhood of Barcelona. Located next to a park and the metro. High speed WiFi. Different pillows to rest like at home and complimentary mobile phone. And, very important in our city, accessible by elevator.
In our brand new apartment we wanted to provide a great comfort and exquisite design led to the last detail. Made with the best materials, has two beautiful bedrooms, one of which directly overlooks a park. A comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower, fully equipped luxury kitchen will make you feel like home. The dining room is comfortable, bright and equipped with carefully selected furniture. You can keep your things in comfortable wardrobes in both bedrooms and choose between different types of pillows to rest at home.
From a powerful Wifi with which you will have access to fiber optic internet (speed 600mb), everything is designed to make you feel superbly well. Heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV in every room and kitchen full-equip with Siemens appliances and Nespresso machine. We will leave premium sheets and towels and amenities from Rituals® from Amsterdam. And if you need a travel cot for your baby you just have to ask.
Upon your arrival we will provide a map, an underground plan -the Metro station is just meters from the apartment- and our recommendations to visit the neighborhood and the Barcelona city in general. We'll also leave you some bottles of water and some fruit in case you want to refresh yourself on arrival.
The apartment is extremely well located, close to the best places in town and next to the Joanic Metro Station (Yellow Line). There is a public parking across the street.

CHECK IN
Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Free early check-in subject to availability.
Late check-in from 10:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. available for an additional cost of €35 to be paid during the reservation process, at the time of setting the schedule.
Check-ins after 11:59 p.m. are not available.

TOURIST TAX
Charged by Barcelona City Council to each short-stay tourist.
It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid in cash strictly at the time of check-in.
The amount is €5.50 per day and per person from 16 years old. Maximum 7 days.
- We can only accept reservations from guests who only have positive reviews on their profile.
- Important: for anti-fraud security reasons, during the booking process and at the time of check-in, it will be essential to prove the identity of the guest. The guest agrees to show the passport or ID of all the members of the reservation during check-in and that these may eventually be scanned or photographed for registration, as well as signing the long-term temporary rental agreement. For the same reason and in coordination with the authorities autonomous entry, if available, is limited to those cases in which a face-to-face check-in by the host is not possible. In any case, it must be previously coordinated during the reservation process.
- Age restrictions: over 21 years old.
- Remember that you are in a residential environment and that from 9pm the neighbors want to rest. Avoid annoying noises from this time. The rooftop terrace of the building can not be used during the night from 12:00am until 7:00am to allow the rest of the neighbors. - Reservations can not be shared between successive clients and they are not transferable.
- The registration or ‘EMPADRONAMIENTO’ of any person in this Property is expressly prohibited.
- It is not allowed to hang things, make holes or adhere any type of element to the walls of the apartment.
- Baby travel cot available on prior request.
Other fees: extra cleaning: 50€ - Extra set of duvet cover, two pillow cases and bottom sheet: 60€ - Extra set of bath and hand towels: 20€ per person - Loss or non-return of keys €50 per set.

Very nice appartement. Clean, well situated. All the needed commodities. Host was very welcoming waiting for us at the appartement to deliver the Keys and explain the commodities. Fruits, beer and soft drinks were appeciated. Nicely decorated apartment. We felt at home. Thank you for the nice stay!

The property was just as it looked in the pictures, great accommodations for a family of 4 which included two older teen boys. Communication with owner and host was excellent. Amazing to come back to have cold drinks, snacks & enjoy the A/C! It was our first time to Barcelona & the location was great, we walked a lot and found some great spots. We were thankful for the provided map with local favorites to visit, we loved Bar Conigo, Sol Soler, and a great Mexican restaurant.Would highly recommend! Gracias!The Carlson Family

We loved this apartment in Gracia. From the moment we booked, communication from the hosts was excellent and this continued until our check-in.The apartment was of a high standard and just as good, if not better than it looked online. The great air conditioning was most welcome too! Just a couple of minutes walk to Joanic metro and an excellent bus route, it was so easy for us to get about. We also loved wandering around the vibrant neighbourhood.I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be returning. Thanks very much Ariel and Liza.
