Enough beds to cater for a large group. Easy self check-in. All beds were very comfortable and all guests slept great. Clean fresh towels provided. Quirky layout and fascinating large mural on wall in separate downstairs room/bedroom. Location is good however unless you're extremely fit there steep hills to get to the property are not easy-walking friendly and will require some form of transport to get to/from places/
Incredibly steep/inaccessible driveway. Lots of stairs in this property for awareness for future guests. Overall the house and surrounds are showing general tiredness and lack of upkeep with garden overgrown, cobwebs in the corners of windows, grime around rangehood in kitchen. Upstairs the house had slight pungent smell of curry. Upstairs outside deck creaked and moved when walking on which raised concern and we did not use. Difficult to justify the value when paying $1,000 for one night.

location was perfect and close to everything, we watched the NYE fireworks from our balcony. House was large enough to all have our own space and not feel crowded.
not enough cutlery and kitchen utensils for 12 guests, garbage bins were already full when we got there so we had to find other places to put our rubbish.

The house was large with plenty of space and rooms for our extended family stay.
Large kitchen and main living area were really appreciated.
Spa bath was a treat.
House is quite 'tired', but that didn't really bother us. the price reflected this.
Some light globes weren't working, and difficult access made it unviable to replace them. The dining table needed to be moved each night under a light.
Steep driveway means street parking only.
