About this house rental
FAMILY is absolutely what this house is all about, as it's perfect for those with children of all ages.
With panoramic views of the Bridge, Derwent River, and Mount Wellington, and well located with 9 minutes to the CBD, 5 minutes to Eastlands shopping centre and 13 minutes to Hobart Airport.
There are four double bedrooms, one large rumpus room and a double garage.
Backyard with a trampoline, a swing and a swing chair for younger children. Big rumpus room with a TV for older kids.
This house is great for large groups, especially a few families who want to live together. A perfect holiday house, beautifully furnished and very well equipped.
A glass sliding door leads from the dining area to a covered entertainment area with a barbeque.
*Younger children will enjoy the backyard with a trampoline and a swing, and there is also a swing chair for parents who are watching the children. This means you have a lot of play spaces, so you can have fun, even without going out.
*Older children will enjoy the large rumpus room on the lower level as it has a TV, and some board games. They can also sleep in that room as it has 4 single beds inside.
*3 reverse cycle heat pumps keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. There are other heaters in the lounge, kitchen, also bathroom.
* It also has a double garage and off street parking for an additional 2 cars.
The house can fit 16 people. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
It's only a 9 minutes drive to the centre of Hobart or you can leave the car behind (parking for four cars on site) and take the bus from the bottom of the hill.

Check in process easy and the views on arrival add that wow factor! The driveway was fine for the 4WD, but very difficult for the AWD.The property is in need of some general maintenance and restocking of bowls/cutlery, etc, but generally well stocked. For a couple of small issues, Julie was easy to communicate with and fixed the problems straight away. We had good few days exploring the Hobart region. Thanks for having us Julie.

Beautiful views, good location. Plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and 4 children (who enjoyed sharing a room together). Our host was in good communication with us regarding our stay. The only thing it needed were some soup spoons and more dessertspoons ( there were only two dessertspoons) but we managed with the abundance of fairly big teaspoons.

Lot of clutter, ornaments, pantry had left overs of other people’s visits.Balistrade had rope around it- unsafe Back yard unusableBBQ unusableWould have been perfect for our stay, just needs a good clean and some maintenance.
