About this house rental
With a spectacular 180-degree views of Hobart and the Derwent river, this house is a wonderful holiday home. You even can see yacht races, especially the result, from the two lounges, dining room and even bedrooms. Also come to Hobart to the see the aurora, sometimes you can even see it from the house.
There are six double bedrooms in total and a large double garage. Other features include additional parking space and a fully fenced rear yard.

With three floors, this house is extremely spacious. There is a huge backyard, which means there are a lot of play spaces, so you can have fun without even having to go out. Don't forget to mention the million dollar views which a lot of guests mentions are not worth one million, and are worth three times more than that.
This house is great for large groups, especially a few families who want to live together. A perfect holiday house, beautifully furnished, very well equipped and just a 5 minutes drive to the Hobart CBD, 25 mins to the Airport and 5 mins to the shops.
This house is sitting on the hill, facing the Derwent river directly and has uninterrupted water views (not blocked by anything) from almost every room. Relax in the large, sunny lounge room / dining room, taking in the view through the extensive windows.
The house can fit 16 people. There are 3 full bathrooms.
It is only a 5 minutes drive to the centre of Hobart or you can leave the car behind (parking for three cars on site) and take the bus from the bottom of the hill.
Two air conditioners(One heat pump in the lounge and one heat pump in the dining room) keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. There are also small heaters in every bedrooms. On all room 1 to room 5 beds, there are also electric heating blankets.

The accommodation was ideal for our short stay. Lovely view, plenty of room for our group, and no need to share bathrooms. A quick trip from Hobart, clean and tidy and great communication with the Host. Would recommend!

The view from the balcony and living area is amazing. Uninterrupted views of Hobart. The property has all you need.The bathroom upstairs has a shower over a sunken bath without a shower screen, subsequently water went everywhere. There was no rubber mat in the bath so it was a little unsafe getting in and out to have a shower.

The property was in a great location and vicinity to the city. However, the cleanliness of the property was a little questionable and the place could do with a little updating. I also don’t think that the amount of stairs was accurately described in the property description. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
