I think this was our favorite place we stayed at in Tasmania. Walking through the front door and looking out at the mountains in the back was stunning. The property is truly unique.

Stayed at Eagles Nest 11 for a 2nd visit. The home is outstanding! Beautifully decorated with amazing views of Mt Roland. Everything you could possibly need is provided. It feels luxurious yet homely & comfortable.
Highly recommend choosing one of the Dream chef experiences. We had Nick & everything was delicious! ( Cynthia is also amazing)
The nearby town of Sheffield is easy to pick up provisions from & an interesting visit.
