The amount of space in apartment. Bathtub and shower. Mattress very comfortable. Access to washing machine. Coffee pod machine great. Walking access to CBD easy.
No tissues in apartment. Bathroom vanity sink very slow to drain. Clutter in foyer of building. Broken bedroom Venetian blind, allowing visibility into bedroom at night.

Great location. Hard to find accommodation with a parking spot within walking distance of town at this price point. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very functional. The area is charming perched near the top of a hill with several old churches.

My unit, #3, was added on to the original old building and has no view. It is relatively comfortable and has an excellent bed and the shower is roomy and has good water pressure. The kitchen is serviceable, but lacked a few things like a dish drainer, oven mitts and kitchen shears. The supplied vacuum cleaner has barely any suction. The apartment is very quiet at night.
The outside patio area was unkempt and seems like an afterthought to the owners. It needs to be cleaned up. A couple of chairs and a small table would be excellent additions. No doormat inside the patio door, so dirt is easily tracked in to the apartment. The livingroom area needs a coffee table. The two tiny side tables are not adequate. The doors to the other units were quite loud when opened and shut. Overall, I didn't feel like the apartment was a good value for the money.
Be aware that the apartment house is located on a steep hill, so those with mobility issues will be challenged.
