The location, off street parking, and self contained apartment style
Front door felt a bit exposed to street as the front gate didn’t lock.

The location good walking distance from CBD, waterfront. Parking facilities at the property. Close to mall and shops and Mc Do/restaurants The availability of a washing machine, coffee capsules and machine and teas, spices for cooking
Building is old - we do appreciate that it is a historic building but more efforts could be done in terms of cleanliness and dust/carpet cleaning in rooms The vaccum cleaner should be cleaned. Appliances not working eg toaster Dust on carpet in rooms Electrical system ti be reviewed - electricity tripping
