Placed on the fourth floor with lift access and a sunny northwest aspect, this stylish apartment features a spacious living room with an enormous 77-inch flat-screen TV parked in front of reclining lounges that offer the ultimate cinema experience. Glass sliding doors open to a large covered terrace that comes complete with an alfresco dining table and views to the mountains and district that light up at night. Step into the kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances including an integrated dishwasher and a spacious double-door fridge/freezer. Adjacent to it, the dining area features a solid timber table set to host five guests.
Two comfortable bedrooms are each set with a king bed in and mirrored built-in wardrobes. If required, one of the king beds can be split in to two king singles upon request at the time of booking. Both the primary ensuite and main bathroom offer a relaxing space to refresh, with mood lighting, floating vanities and adjustable shower heads.
Additional features include a basement security car space with lift access, internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, ducted air conditioning, double glazed windows, USB ports in the bedrooms and oak parquetry flooring.
Grab some steak and a bottle of vino and take the lift to the beautifully landscaped, shared rooftop terrace with barbecue facilities and 360-degree views over the city, the Derwent River and Mount Wellington… the sunsets are incredible.
