The central location was perfect for us and the underground car park was a bonus. It had all the facilities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as a huge rooftop area to sit outside. The staff who we communicated with were also great, very responsive and helpful.
The standard of cleaning let it down. As soon as we arrived, we noticed crumbs on the kitchen benches and in the cupboards next to the bins. Later, we noticed a huge cobweb at the top of the bedroom patio doors and the bedside lamps were covered in dust, they had obviously not been cleaned for some time. It was such a a shame, because if the cleaning had been better we couldn't have faulted it.

The flush buttons on toilets need to be checked as didn’t always turn off water.

Location was great !
Rooms were spacious layout of the apartment was great !
Just some feedback for the money that we paid it could have been cleaner
Floors could have been washed - a tad sticky & vacuumed better especially under the couches !
More than 1 tea towel would be better more than 1 toilet Roll in each bathroom, sink could have been scrubbed.
Get your cleaning staff to check out the draws in bedrooms found empty cans of alcohol??
Perhaps a folder with recommendations of eateries!
