A very comfortable and well-appointed apartment with excellent breakfast provisions and a bottle of wine included. A very short walk to the old Hobart jail which has an engaging ghost tour at night. Not far to all the waterfront attractions.
Located on a road that can get busy at times, but traffic noise was not a big issue during our stay.

Great location for us, close to the waterfront (we didn’t have a car). Too bad we were there on a Monday as also a number of craft breweries in the neighbourhood.

Loved everything about this place.. It was luxurious but also had a homely feel. The fridge extremely well stocked for breakfast and appreciated the beer and bottle of local wine complimentary. The apartment had everything we needed (and more) for a three day stay in Hobart. Loved the location and view of Mt Wellington. Great to have secure parking. Would highly recommend. Comfy bed.
For us - (with short legs) we found the couch not so comfortable as the seating part is very wide. But with plenty of pillows to put behind your back - that certainly helped.
