Quarry House Luxury Retreat

Location and amenities. Kitchen had absolutely everything and good quality.

Couch was a little uncomfortable but I’m being picky.

We have travelled constantly for the last 4 years all across the globe and stayed in countless accommodations. This is by far the best self-contained apartment we've booked. Terry and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even adding a hair diffuser for my curly hair. As others have mentioned, the food generously provided is a fantastic addition and one we greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Being able to cook up a quick bite to eat without having to find a shop when you're running on empty really made our arrival pleasant. The location is central and parking on site very easy. Nice view to Mount Wellington. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean.

I do have to comment that there is some road noise (especially with trucks using their exhaust brakes), however it does quieten down overnight and didn't really affect our sleep. It wouldn't stop me booking again.

Very clean, comfortable accomodation, excellent location, parking with lift access to our unit. The owners welcomed us with breakfast provisions, chocolates, fudge, wine and a sample of whisky.

The location was a short walk from anything I needed in Hobart. Met up with Terry earlier than my booking in order to drop off my bags. He was very friendly and helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions. As for the room itself, it felt like home! A fully equipped kitchen, with some lovely selections of local whisky, beer, wine, as well as some supplies for breakfast. A lovely modern design to the room, and we were very impressed. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Hobart!
