It was close to everything and comfortable with great facilities.
N/A It didn’t affect but the stairs were steeper then they expected may effect groups with younger or a lot of elderly people. The top floor was squeaky too.

Conveniently located. Car parking spot. Around the corner from Queen’s Pastry. Lovely outdoor space and table.

Comfortable, modern, all the amenities.
The stairs to the top level is really steep. There should be ample warning as it may be difficult for older people or those with mobility issues. That said, the owners have done really well to mark the steps and well lit the area.

The place is quiet and clean, and it is easy to walk around to many cafes, restaurants, and even to the waterfront. Off-street parking is great.
The owners need to either let potential visitors know about the dangerous stairs or make them less precarious. We had two people that had mobility issues. It would be fine for a young, fit family. The stairs were terrifying especially for an 81 year old that may need to use the toilet during the night.
