Our street is closed off to vehicles & lined with restaurant seating w/umbrellas, which our balcony overlooks! Initially we were taken aback by the apartment. It was a little more antiquated than we had expected. There was need for some small repairs in the ceiling and such but as we settled in... we began to love the charm and feel of it all. The location was perfect. In the heart and center of Old SanJuan. Near historical sights and one of the best gelato spots based on the lines that never seemed to end. The apartment provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and safe. We were on the 3rd floor near the AC units of the restaurant below so we had to contend with that at night until it closed in the front bedroom only but it was doable. Only mentioning that incase there are young kids that you are putting to sleep may want to choose the back bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was fun imagining how families moved, operated and took full advantage of the space. My family had a wonderful time and again the space provided the comfort we needed.
