The location was awesome and the room was clean with an interesting quirkiness. Room was large with a nice little kitchenette.
There was no blind on the hallway window which meant light came in all night. While clean, the room smelled musty all the time even with the (quite noisy) dehumidifier running all the time. Shower water pressure was pretty low. While the room was quite large, the baseent location meant there was no outside window.

The centralization was good
No hot water and a large step up to go to the bathroom. Also the room smelled like mildew had a bad night
