The location is very convenient, right in the middle or old san juan

A very nice location.
The entry key was not where we were told it would be. When we called the proprietor, she said they could not help us because they were too far away. We will never return. There are many steps. Steps from the street to the building and steps to the elevator. Inside the apartment, there are steps to and from the toilet, shower and sink. There was no hot water to the sinks. We were told we didn't know how to turn on the faucet.
