★ Gorgeous Patio Room at Casa of Essence located in ♥ of Old San Juan ★

Location! Literally located near or across Parque de Colon & walkable to most tourist spots in Old Town San Juan. The Green Building has nearby supermarket beside its main door. Very near to cafes, restaurants, fastfood, souvenir shops. The Patio Room that I availed is basic however clean, and was provided with necessities (refrigerator, toilet shower hot and cold, fresh bath towels, paper towels and tissues, even microwave, ceiling fan and airconditioning unit. The staff was so easy to deal with. They provided me self-check in instructions a day before my arrival. The hallway at the second floor is filled with antique ceramic arts and chandeliers.

Cozy and comfortable

Entry double door too narrow (open half only 12” wide) and unable to open the other half from the outside. Bottom latch lever was missing making it impossible to open without tools (activating lever was broken off, effectively making it a pin) and top latch was 8ft high out of reach. Please install long latch levers than can be reached and activated when standing outside the door before entry. Simple cheap fix, that would have eliminated the frustration and bad mood at arrival

The facilities were lovely, clean, accessible and in a great location! I would definitely stay here over and over again.

location can’t be beat in the heart of Old San Juan popular sights. Felt secure with multiple Coded entries through strong door/gate.

room was extremely small for price paid. Was interior, so no window.
