It was a work visit. Location was perfect, walking distance from the big conference venue. It was nice to unwind on the rooftop terrace instead of having to rely on a hotel bar. Shop is also 5 min walking distance
Very minor, but as a European citizen, I am not a big fan of the tap water with chlorine. When arriving late, it would be much appreciated to find a 1 liter bottle of water in the fridge to get you through the first evening/night.

The apt was very spacious and very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Location was very close to Old San Juan! Not within walking distance but 10 min drive and very easy to get an Uber. Washer / Dryer worked well. No street noise.
Very little WARM water pressure in both showers! Difficult to rinse shampoo from hair.
Not notified that Outlet in one bathroom did not work. Mgt did provide extension cord when asked about fixing the outlet.
No elevator and apt was on 3rd floor
